Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee national propietary investment reporting analytics tool, while making continual improvements and recommendations to LFA/LIA’s client presentation capabilities
• Maintain a solid knowledge of all major fund families, plan provider separate accounts and  unique investment products/ programs
• Analyze and provide client Asset Liability Management studies for defined benefit plans  
• Research and develop custom asset allocation and model portfolio strategies
• Develop fund commentary for most used funds, including stable value products
• Meet regularly with clients and Lockton’s client service teams to support and evaluate ongoing programs. Travel as necessary to local offices
• Coordinate and contribute to fund manager and economic/ market commentary webcasts and conference calls
• Provide periodic reports to service teams assessing results of a risk analysis based on pre-determined performance and risk adjusted measurement criteria
• Create and maintain a focus list to identify “best in class” funds, including analysis and recommendations to client services teams
• Provide case studies, articles, and other supporting documents to demonstrate the need for and potential outcome of suggested programs
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the financial market and economy impacting retirement programs, including both defined benefit and defined contribution plans
• Lead/ Participate in Lockton’s national Investment Committee and overall investment due deligence program and new product development
• Serve as the Lockton Subject matter expert on retirement investment services, contributing regularly to national internal meetings/ conference calls and creating materials for use by client service teams
• Speak at Lockton seminars and industry conferences and events
• Attend industry seminars and conferences to remain updated on new developments and to gain a full understanding of all related services that Lockton provides
