• Bachelor's Degree plus 10 yrs of industry related work experience.  CFA or Masters degree preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of active portfolio management experience with target date/target risk or other asset allocation portfolios
• Experience managing alternative asset classes including commodities is preferred
• Superior analytical skills, problem solving and quantitative modeling experience required
• Excellent communication and presentations skills are a must
