Job Description:
The Portfolio Relationship Manager (“PRM”) may act as the primary point of client contact, responsible for the discovery, analysis, design and oversight of clients' total financial picture. Their responsibilities will include the management of investments, asset allocation, and cash-flow planning as well as providing access to enterprise resources to help solve credit & banking needs for the private wealth client segment.
The PRM will serve as a technical/industry expert in managing, retaining and growing individual and family relationships utilizing appropriate product solutions including funds and model portfolios. The PRM will need to effectively communicate with clients and partners our business culture and investment philosophy. The range of investment and non-investment solutions may include credit and banking products that are appropriate for existing clients. This role calls for an experienced professional with strong client relationship management skills that will play a significant role in recommending strategies to achieve the investment goals of our clients. Key activities include:
· Communicates with internal/external clients as appropriate to review investment performance and general market conditions. Also reviews and affirms objectives and asset allocation models, ensuring current allocations are appropriate.
· Executes the client’s investment plan.
· Possesses general fiduciary knowledge.
· Responsible for identifying fiduciary issues while coordinating with internal and external specialists.
· May need to explore and introduce credit & banking opportunities.
· Responsible for expanding revenue from existing relationships
